Commercial Stripout – Hollister Manchester

Working as a sub-contractor, trojan are instructed to strip-out to a shell like state the above named store to facilitate the refurbishment and construction of the river island store, following isolation and drain down of services by others

Our Procedure

1. Attend site
2. Sign in with security
3. Walk through project with pc toplan work
4. Receive confirmation of sprinkler and electrical working area
5. Ensure correct protections are in place on site by pc
6. Working in a skilled, careful and methodical way at all the times, to assess risk and reduce hazard using various hand and battery operated tools using specified and approve ppe relevant to the task in hand
7. Using mewpsupply by pc
8. Carefully and methodically cut and disassemble mf ceiling
9. Remove mdf,fan,board etc…
10. Mwep to be back on charge at the end of every shift, and working site to be swept and clean in preparation for cleaners to remove any dusts
    All waste are to be loading into wheelie bins and remove from site via good lift and place in customers plasterboard skip general waste to a trojan wait and load vehicle .
11. Leave site swept clean
